Promote your event
To help promote your event, why not use our AWARE bunting, send invitations, put posters up in your local area and/or advertise with them through social media. It is always key to share information about the charity too, so we have put together some 'About AWARE' posters for you to use too. Simply click on any of the pictres below to download them.
Create a page on BTMYDONATE..
By creating a page on BTMYDONATE, you can collect funds safely and securely and any applicable Gift Aid will be added automatically. From here you will also have access to additional promotional tools: Iphone/Android Fundraising apps, guides to update your email signature and links to social media. Print out a sponsorship form..
As well as creating your BTMYDONATE page, you may also want to print off one of our sponsorship forms to collect sponsorship in person. Simply click here to print a copy.
Tell us about your activity
Email us full details of your event, along with your name and contact details and the amount you raised.
Send the money you have raised to AWARE. If all fundraising has been made through your BTMYDONATE page, no further action is needed, otherwise, please click below for all payment options.
Send us your photos! Please email us photos from your event, so we can share just how successful it was on our website and social media pages.
Once you have emailed us all about your event, it's time to let everyone know how well you did!
Using Twitter throughout your event is a great way to add little bits of information regularly to generate interest. Don't forget to reference us @theawarefound so we can help you reach a larger audience and share your success!
We obviously want to say a HUGE Thank You to you for fundraising on our behalf, but you will also want to say thank you to all those who helped make it a success. Simply download our thank you letter here, you can send it out on social media or by email. It is always nice to show people how they have helped make a difference.
